Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Electrical, or Computer Engineering.
- 5+ years in industrial automation and control systems, preferably chemical.
- Experience with major DCS/PLC platforms (e.g., Honeywell Experion, Siemens PCS 7, Rockwell Logix).
- Knowledge of safety and cybersecurity standards.
- Experience with SCADA and data acquisition.
Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and implement DCS and PLC.
- Develop and optimize APC strategies for chemical processes.
- Troubleshoot and maintain control system hardware and software.
- Collaborate with process engineers to define control strategies.
- Develop and maintain P&IDs, control narratives, and functional design specifications.
- Ensure all control system implementations comply with safety and cybersecurity standards.
