Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate on-site catering staff during events, ensuring efficient service delivery.
• Oversee event setup, including food and beverage stations, table settings, and decor.
• Manage the timely delivery and replenishment of food and beverages during events.
• Ensure adherence to all health, safety, and sanitation standards throughout event operations.
• Liaise with clients and venue staff to address any immediate needs or concerns during events.
• Conduct post-event checks and oversee the breakdown and cleanup process.
• Train and guide new catering staff on service standards and operational procedures.
• Assist in inventory management for catering equipment and supplies.
• Report on event execution and staff performance to the Catering Manager.
