The ideal candidate has a culinary degree or equivalent, proven Head Chef or Senior Catering Chef experience, strong leadership and HACCP knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple events under pressure.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Head Chef or Senior Catering Chef, with a strong portfolio of event catering.
• Culinary degree or equivalent professional training is essential.
• Expertise in various cooking techniques and cuisines.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices (e.g., HACCP).
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple events simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Develop innovative and appealing menus for various events, considering dietary restrictions and client preferences.
• Lead, train, and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
• Manage kitchen operations, including inventory control, ordering, and maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety.
