Qualificações

• Experience as Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in catering/high-volume settings.
• Proficiency in diverse culinary techniques and international cuisines.
• Strong leadership and staff management abilities.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and HACCP principles.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills under pressure.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and execute menus for events, considering client preferences.
• Oversee kitchen operations from food prep to plating and presentation.
• Mentor and manage kitchen staff to foster collaboration and efficiency.
• Maintain strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
• Control food costs through inventory, ordering, and waste reduction.
• Coordinate menu planning with event logistics with the Catering Manager.
