You will assess complex risks, set policy terms, and determine premiums for liability coverage, contributing to portfolio profitability in the Northern Cape region.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years in underwriting with casualty focus.
• Strong knowledge of liability exposures and policy wordings.
• ACII or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite and manage complex casualty risks.
• Analyze financial statements and loss history.
• Develop and negotiate policy terms and exclusions.
• Maintain strong broker relationships.
• Mentor junior underwriters.
