Placements24 is seeking an experienced Senior Case Manager to lead its community services team in Richards Bay, KwaZulu-Natal. The role involves overseeing a complex caseload, guiding junior case managers, and developing innovative care solutions to improve client well-being.

You will mentor staff, ensure compliance with relevant legislation, and build partnerships with external agencies to coordinate comprehensive support.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in case management, with at least 2 in a senior or supervisory capacity.
• In-depth knowledge of legislation, policies, and resources pertaining to community services in KwaZulu-Natal.
• Excellent assessment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong leadership, mentorship, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in case management software and standard office applications.
