Qualifications

• Experience managing staff or volunteers is a plus; knowledge of Durban local resources is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Develop, plan, and coordinate engaging programs and activities for elderly residents.
• Manage day-to-day operations of the elderly care program and ensure smooth service delivery.
• Conduct assessments of seniors' needs and develop individualized care plans with families and healthcare providers.
• Oversee scheduling and coordination of caregivers, volunteers, and external service providers.
