Placements24 is seeking a Senior Management Consultant with a strong focus on Strategy & Transformation to join a fully remote team serving clients nationwide, including East London. You will guide executive leaders through complex transformations, develop forward-looking strategies, and drive significant operational improvements across client organizations.

The role requires MBA or equivalent advanced degree, 7+ years in management consulting or related fields, and a proven ability to lead

Qualifications

• MBA or equivalent advanced degree
• 7+ years of experience in management consulting, strategy development, or corporate strategy roles
• Demonstrated track record of leading complex strategic transformation projects
• Expertise in strategic analysis, financial modelling, market assessment, and operational improvement methodologies
• Exceptional leadership, communication, presentation, and client management skills
• Proven ability to work effectively and autonomously in a remote, client-facing environment

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage strategic consulting engagements from diagnosis through implementation focusing on transformation initiatives
• Develop comprehensive corporate and business unit strategies including market entry, growth, and competitive positioning
• Identify opportunities for operational improvement, cost reduction, and performance enhancement
• Drive adoption of new business models and technologies to achieve client objectives
• Mentor and develop consulting teams, fostering a high-performance culture
• Build and maintain strong client relationships at the executive level ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business
