Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide a Service Desk to assist business units with daily production incidents and queries.
• Support production money in/out processes and related workflows.
• Provide temporary workarounds to restore services and meet SLAs.
• Advise the business on products and processes including collections and disbursements.
• Contribute to cost-saving/optimisation initiatives and handover processes.
• Act as super user for supported applications and participate in upgrades.
