• Build and maintain a strong customer pipeline; cross-sell opportunities.
• Develop relationships with key decision-makers.
• Forecast and report on business performance and growth.
• Collaborate with Contracts/Marketing to support strategic plans.
• Negotiate and manage customer contracts to ensure favorable terms.
• Monitor market trends and identify new opportunities.
