Responsibilities

• Develop and drive the organisation’s business development and commercial growth strategy.
• Identify priority markets, customers and opportunities offering profitable growth.
• Leverage CRM data, sales statistics and forecasts to spot risks and opportunities.
• Collaborate with branch managers to improve sales performance and hit revenue targets.
• Engage with metallurgists and engineers to advance complex, long-cycle projects.
• Develop West Africa opportunities and Francophone market presence.
• Evaluate channel partners and train distributors to represent solutions effectively.
