Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
• Experience with requirements management and diagramming tools.
• Familiarity with SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into functional and non-functional specifications.
• Create process flows, use cases, user stories, and other project documentation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and development teams to ensure alignment.
• Facilitate requirements gathering sessions and workshops.
• Analyze existing business processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Support the development team throughout the project lifecycle, clarifying requirements as needed.
• Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) planning and execution.
• Communicate project updates and findings to relevant stakeholders.
• Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies related to requirements.
