Job summary

Boardroom Appointments is seeking a senior Business Analyst to support pre-grooming analysis efforts, ensuring that process definitions and business rules align with required customer outcomes and optimal customer journeys.

The role requires extensive experience in document and model business processes, use cases, and user stories, with strong collaboration with development teams and UAT. Proficiency in Sparx EA is advantageous.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in business analysis.
• At least 8 years of experience in process and requirement modelling using an enterprise modelling tool.
• Experience with Agile methodology.
• CX design experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates the planning and execution of projects and business requirements.
• Identifies areas of analysis focus in line with priorities defined and agreed.
• Experience in documenting and modelling business processes and business rules.
• Documents, models use cases, user stories and associated test scenarios.
• Supports development teams and UAT.
• Experience with Sparx Enterprise Architect is advantageous.
