Job summary

JMR Software PTY LTD in Gauteng is seeking 3 experienced Senior Business Analysts for a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will analyze complex business processes, translate requirements into functional solutions, and collaborate with stakeholders, development teams and QA throughout the SDLC.

Candidates should have a relevant tertiary qualification and 9+ years BA experience, including at least 3 years in a Senior role, plus strong knowledge of BPMN, UML, and requirement traceability.

Qualifications

• 9+ years of Business Analyst experience, including at least 3 years as a Senior Business Analyst.
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Experience in requirements elicitation, functional analysis, documentation and requirements traceability.
• Practical experience with BPMN and UML modelling standards.
• Knowledge of software testing, quality assurance and solution verification.
• Experience analysing complex enterprise systems, business rules, data flows and XML message-based interfaces.
• Ability to work independently and become productive within a short period.
• Function Point measurement.
• Logistics, taxation.
• Complex, transaction-based and message-rich systems.
