Job summary

You will facilitate workshops, map processes, and maintain artefacts in Jira and Confluence while working across Agile, structured and hybrid delivery models.

Qualifications

• Senior BA with experience in complex technology environments.
• Strong elicitation, analysis and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Proven ability to work independently in ambiguity.
• Fluent in workshop facilitation and process/story mapping.
• Hands-on Jira and Confluence experience.
• Good technical understanding to liaison with software teams.
