Job summary

Communicate Recruitment in Cape Town is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to bridge business objectives with digital delivery for web, e-commerce, and technology projects.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, UX designers, and development teams to translate requirements into user stories, drive backlog and roadmaps, and ensure quality documentation in an Agile setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-6 years' experience as a Business Analyst within web, e-commerce, digital, or technology-focused environments.
• Proven ability to gather, analyse, and document requirements.
• Experience working with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to query and analyse data sources.
• Familiarity with Jira, Figma, Loom, and Google Workspace.
• Understanding of HTML, CSS, databases, and web technologies.
• Knowledge of UX principles and web accessibility standards.
