Communicate Finance is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, UX designers, and development teams in a digital landscape. You will translate business needs into actionable user stories and specs, drive process improvements, and support strategic initiatives.

The role requires strong stakeholder management, data analysis, and familiarity with Jira, Figma, Loom, and Google Workspace.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-6 years' experience as a Business Analyst within web, e-commerce, digital, or technology-focused environments.
• Strong business analysis and systems analysis experience
• Proven ability to gather, analyse, and document requirements
• Experience working with Agile and Scrum methodologies
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to query and analyse data sources
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Figma, Loom, and Google Workspace
• Understanding of HTML, CSS, databases, and web technologies
• Knowledge of UX principles and web accessibility standards
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
