Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong track record in the financial services sector.
• Proven experience in eliciting, documenting, and managing complex business requirements.
• Proficiency in using business analysis tools and techniques (e.g., UML, BPMN, user stories, use cases).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Strong facilitation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
