You will analyze financial services products, lead workshops, and work closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to shape product strategy and ensure market fit.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within the financial services or FinTech industry.
• Proven experience in requirements elicitation, documentation, and management.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Proficiency in creating process flows, wireframes, and user stories.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Familiarity with financial products and services is a significant advantage.
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, or similar tools is desirable.
