RPO Recruitment’s client, a reputable construction company, is seeking a Senior Building Quantity Surveyor to be based in Gauteng or Mpumalanga. You will lead commercial quantity surveying activities on major projects and collaborate with project teams to optimise cost control and value engineering.

The ideal candidate holds a BTech or BSc in Quantity Surveying, has 10+ years’ experience across commercial, retail, education, leisure, industrial and residential sectors, and CCS competence.

Qualifications

• BTech Quantity Surveying or BSc Quantity Surveying is required.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in quantity surveying.
• Experience across commercial, retail, education, leisure, industrial and residential environments.
• CCS competence is required.
