Job summary

You will lead commercial quantity surveying activities on major projects and collaborate with project teams to optimise cost control and value engineering.

The ideal candidate holds a BTech or BSc in Quantity Surveying, has 10+ years’ experience across commercial, retail, education, leisure, industrial and residential sectors, and CCS competence.

Qualifications

• BTech Quantity Surveying or BSc Quantity Surveying is required.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in quantity surveying.
• Experience across commercial, retail, education, leisure, industrial and residential environments.
• CCS competence is required.
