Placements24 is seeking a seasoned Senior BIM Architect for a fully remote, global role. Lead complex BIM projects from concept to construction, ensuring integrated design, documentation, and delivery workflows.

You will guide BIM strategy, manage execution plans, mentor junior staff, and drive standards across high-rise and large-scale commercial developments with a focus on quality and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• A professional degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of architectural design experience with a strong BIM focus.
• Proven expertise in leading BIM projects and managing BIM teams.
• Advanced proficiency in BIM software (Revit, Navisworks, Dynamo).
• In-depth knowledge of BIM standards, workflows and ISO 19650.
• Strong understanding of architectural design and construction methodologies.
• Excellent communication, collaboration and leadership abilities.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities remotely.
• A strong portfolio of complex BIM projects.
