Placements24 is seeking an innovative BIM Architect to drive BIM adoption across projects from remote offices. You will develop standards, enforce BEPs, coordinate with teams, and leverage BIM tools to improve design outcomes throughout the lifecycle.

You will lead training, provide technical support, and explore advanced BIM functionalities such as simulation and visualization, enabling data-driven decisions and streamlined coordination on high-profile projects.

Qualifications

• Professional degree in Architecture or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of architectural design experience with BIM implementation.
• Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks and Solibri for BIM coordination and modeling.
