Placements24 seeks a visionary Lead BIM Architect to drive the adoption and integration of Building Information Modeling across architectural projects in a remote-first setting.

You will lead BIM strategy, develop standards, mentor teams, and ensure BIM is embedded from concept through facility management, partnering with project teams to deliver data-rich designs on complex programmes.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive BIM strategies, standards, and workflows for architectural projects.
• Lead and mentor a team of BIM coordinators and technicians, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
• Oversee the creation and management of BIM models , ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and adherence to project requirements.

Requirements

• Professional Architect qualification with at least 7 years of post-qualification experience.
• Extensive experience in implementing and managing BIM on large-scale architectural projects.
• Expert proficiency in Revit and a strong understanding of Navisworks, BIM 360, and other related BIM software.
• Demonstrated experience in developing and enforcing BIM standards and protocols.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, suited for a remote working environment.
