Responsibilities

• Manage the broiler farms admin clerk and tea lady.
• Compile weekly contract grower payments.
• Contract grower invoicing.
• Compile and review reports and dashboards for the division.
• Collaborate with farm managers and contract growers.
• Assist farms with accounting processes and expenses as needed.
• Coordinate with the finance department to ensure accurate production batch accounting.
• Provide backup for AFS and LN functions as required.
• Prepare weekly forecast reporting.
• Perform ad hoc office management duties.

The role will focus on managing the broiler farms admin clerk and tea lady, Compiling of weekly contract grower payments and working closely with the finance department to ensure accurate and complete accounting of production batches.

The Ideal Candidate Would Be Responsible For

• Manage the broiler farms admin clerk and tea lady.
• Compiling of weekly contract grower payments.
• Contract grower related invoicing.
• Compiling/reviewing of various reports and dashboards.
• Working closely with the farm managers and contract growers.
• Assistance to various farms on accounting, expenses, processes and other matters that may arise.
• Working closely with the finance department to ensure accurate and complete accounting of production batches.
• Backup for various AFS and LN functions.
• Weekly forecast reporting.
• Ad hoc office management and duties.
