Qualifications

• Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive brand management experience in FMCG.
• Proven track record of launching and growing brands.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles and consumer behavior.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies for key FMCG products.
• Conduct market research and consumer insights to identify trends.
• Lead ideation, development, and launch of new products with cross-functional teams.
• Manage brand P&L, profitability and budget allocation.
• Oversee marketing communications and campaigns with brand consistency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams from concept to market.
• Monitor competitors and adapt strategies to maintain advantage.
• Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders and agencies.
