Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; master's preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of progressive brand management experience in FMCG.
• Proven track record of launching products and managing brand portfolios.
• Strong understanding of consumer behavior and market dynamics in FMCG.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute brand strategies to drive market share and profitability.
• Lead ideation, development, and launch of new products from concept to commercialization.
• Conduct market analysis and consumer research to identify growth opportunities.
• Manage annual marketing budget and optimize spend for ROI.
• Collaborate with Sales, R&D, Supply Chain, and external agencies to ensure branding execution.
• Develop marketing communications across digital and traditional media.
• Monitor brand performance and provide insights to senior management.
