Time Personnel is seeking a detail‑oriented accounts support professional in South Africa to manage debtors and creditors, ensure accurate age analysis, issue invoices, and handle daily processing. Expertise in Excel and accounting is essential for accurate financial reporting and timely decision support.

The role involves handling SA company transactions, monitoring forex interactions with overseas entities, and preparing weekly and monthly reports to support management.

Qualifications

• Matric and a relevant accounting qualification.
• Strong computer skills, including advanced Excel.
• Solid knowledge of accounting and financial reporting.
• Good with numbers and analysis.
• Well organised, with strong attention to detail.
• Keen to learn the whole business and show initiative.
• Proactive, and stays on top of workload.

Responsibilities

• Manage debtors and creditors (accounts receivable and payable).
• Insure age analysis is up to date.
• Issuing invoices and reconciliations.
• Daily processing.
• Request payments for approval.
• Process transactions for SA companies on the internal management system.
• Dealing with Forex with the overseas entities.
• Review ledgers to make sure everything is allocated correctly.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports.
