Job summary

Placements24 in Midrand is seeking a highly skilled Senior Blockchain Developer to design, develop, and deploy robust blockchain solutions that advance digital assets and decentralized applications.

You will work across smart contracts on Ethereum and Hyperledger Fabric, build secure backend services and APIs, review code for security, stay ahead of trends, and collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers on innovative features.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software development experience, with at least 2 years focused on blockchain technology.
• Proficiency in Solidity, Go, Rust, or Node.js.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement smart contracts on Ethereum and Hyperledger Fabric.
• Develop and maintain secure, scalable backend services and APIs for blockchain applications.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to define and deliver new features.
• Conduct thorough code reviews and ensure adherence to blockchain development and security best practices.
• Research and stay updated on latest blockchain trends, technologies, and vulnerabilities.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing blockchain systems.
