The role demands 7+ years in software architecture with 4+ years in blockchain, strong leadership, and deep crypto/security knowledge within distributed systems. Flexibility for hybrid work is offered.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 7+ years of software architecture and design experience, with 4+ years in blockchain.
• Proven track record designing enterprise-grade blockchain solutions.
• Deep knowledge of blockchain consensus, smart contracts, and distributed systems.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and microservices.
• Strong security, cryptography, and data privacy understanding.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of scalable, secure blockchain architectures for diverse applications.
• Define roadmaps and strategies for blockchain implementations aligned with business goals.
• Evaluate platforms and technologies (Hyperledger, Ethereum, Corda) for projects.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate into specs.
• Provide guidance to development teams and mentor junior architects.
• Develop PoCs to validate architectures and explore new tech.
