Placements24 is seeking a Senior Blockchain Architect for a Kimberley-based role to lead design and implementation of enterprise blockchain strategies. You will guide clients through adoption, architect scalable and secure solutions, and mentor development teams.

The position emphasizes strategic influence across large organizations, with a hybrid work model and ongoing focus on cryptography, smart contracts, and platform evaluation across Hyperledger Fabric, Ethereum Enterprise, and Corda.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in software architecture with blockchain focus.
• Experience implementing enterprise blockchain platforms.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical designs.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architectural design of enterprise-grade blockchain solutions.
• Evaluate and recommend appropriate blockchain platforms and technologies.
• Define technical roadmaps, strategies, and standards for blockchain implementation.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for blockchain integration.
• Oversee development and implementation phases, ensuring adherence to architectural guidelines.
