Placements24 is seeking a Senior Blockchain Architect in Nelspruit to design, develop, and oversee blockchain solutions aligned with business strategy. You will set technical vision, standards, and best practices while guiding cross-functional teams in a hybrid work environment.

Ideal candidates have a Master’s in a related field, 10+ years in software engineering, and 5+ years in blockchain architecture across Ethereum and Hyperledger.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in CS, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years in software engineering and architecture with distributed systems focus.
• 5+ years hands-on blockchain architecture across Ethereum and Hyperledger.
• Deep knowledge of cryptography, consensus algorithms, and smart contract security.
• Proven ability to lead technical teams and influence architecture.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management in a hybrid setup.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and architecture of scalable, secure blockchain solutions.
