Qualifications

• PhD in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or a closely related life science field.
• 5-7 years of post-doctoral or industry experience in biopharmaceutical R&D.
• Proven track record in development and characterization of biologics (e.g., monoclonal antibodies).
• Hands-on experience with mammalian cell culture, protein expression, and purification.
• Experience with analytical methods for biomolecule characterization and regulatory considerations.

Responsibilities

• Lead experiments for development and characterization of biopharmaceutical products.
• Develop and optimize cell culture processes for recombinant protein expression.
• Design and implement purification strategies for biologics using chromatography.
• Perform analytical characterization of biomolecules (structure, purity, activity).
• Utilize HPLC, mass spectrometry, ELISA, and SDS-PAGE in analyses.
• Collaborate with discovery, process development, and quality control teams.
• Prepare technical documentation for regulatory submissions and publications.
