- Experience with upstream cell culture and/or downstream purification.

- Develop, optimize, and scale up upstream and/or downstream processes for biopharma products.
- Define CPPs and CQAs through experiments and data analysis.
- Design studies for process characterization and validation.
- Troubleshoot process development and manufacturing issues.
- Collaborate with analytics, formulation, and QA teams.
