Job summary

Affirmative Portfolios in Johannesburg seeks a Manager: Business Intelligence and Performance Excellence to lead enterprise intelligence, KPI governance and performance analytics. You will design executive dashboards, monitor sustainability and risk, and provide data-driven decision support for EXCO and the Board.

The role requires 8–10 years in organisational performance, dashboard design, data modelling and Power BI, with at least 3 years in a management capacity.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years in organisational performance, planning, M&E or BI.
• Dashboard design and data visualisation with executive reporting.
• Experience with KPI governance, data quality controls and reporting calendars.
• Knowledge of PFMA, DPME frameworks and audit of performance information.
• Proven ability to translate data into management insights for EXCO/Board.

Responsibilities

• Lead APP monitoring and quarterly performance reporting.
• Develop enterprise dashboards: Health and Sustainability, CEO, Board scorecards.
• Establish KPI definitions, data sources and reporting calendars.
• Coordinate inputs from programmes and departments for accurate reports.
• Drive automation and Power BI-based reporting and data governance.
