Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Admin, or related field.
• Master’s degree is a plus.
• 6+ years in brand management within beauty, cosmetics or personal care.
• Proven success launching new beauty products/brands.
• Strong understanding of beauty market, consumer behavior and trends.
• Expertise in digital marketing, social media, and e-commerce.
• Excellent strategic planning, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership, communication and project management abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment in Sandton.
• Experience with budget management and P&L responsibility.
• Creative thinker with passion for the beauty industry.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement innovative brand strategies aligned with objectives.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities.
• Oversee product development lifecycle from concept to launch with R&D and sales.
• Manage integrated marketing campaigns across channels (digital, social, PR, events).
• Manage the brand's P&L, setting sales targets and monitoring performance.
