Job summary

DigiCert is seeking a Senior Business Continuity Analyst to lead and continuously improve our enterprise BC/DR and resiliency program. You will own the BCP, coordinate BIAs, and work with technology, security, and business teams to ensure recovery objectives align with industry standards.

You will develop testing frameworks, track remediation actions, and report progress to governance and leadership, ensuring audit-ready documentation and ongoing program maturity across the organization.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in business continuity, disaster recovery, operational resilience, or risk/governance/compliance roles.
• Strong understanding of BCP/DR frameworks and lifecycle management.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent documentation, organization, and follow-up skills.
• Comfortable operating in regulated and audit-sensitive environments.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain DigiCert’s enterprise Business Continuity Plan (BCP) and ensure it is current and approved.
• Coordinate periodic reviews and updates of the BCP to reflect changes.
• Ensure BCP scope includes all relevant DigiCert entities, services, and functions.
• Coordinate and manage BIAs across critical processes and systems.
• Document Recovery Time Objectives (RTO), Recovery Point Objectives (RPO), and Maximum Tolerable Downtime (MTD).
• Maintain governance oversight of disaster recovery plans.
• Develop and maintain a BCP/DR testing and exercise framework (tabletop exercises, simulations).
• Capture lessons learned and track remediation actions to completion.
• Coordinate remediation of BCP/DR findings and ensure evidence is maintained.
