DigiCert in Cape Town is seeking a Senior Business Continuity Analyst to lead the enterprise BCP, DR, and resiliency program, aligning with ISO/IEC 27001, NIST, ETSI, and CA/B Forum requirements. You will own the BCP, coordinate BIAs, manage RTO, RPO, and MTD definitions, and partner with technology and business teams to ensure timely testing and remediation.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience in business continuity, disaster recovery or operational resilience.
• Solid understanding of BCP/DR frameworks and lifecycle management; RTO, RPO, MTD concepts.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong documentation, organization and follow-up skills.
• Comfortable operating in a regulated and audit-sensitive environment.
• Health and wellness support, including medical cover (where applicable).

Responsabilidades

• Own and maintain DigiCert’s enterprise Business Continuity Plan (BCP).
• Coordinate periodic reviews and updates of the BCP.
• Ensure BCP scope includes all relevant entities and services.
• Coordinate BIAs across critical processes and systems.
• Document Recovery Time Objectives (RTO) and Recovery Point Objectives (RPO).
• Maintain governance oversight of DR plans across Infrastructure, Cloud and Engineering.
• Track gaps between objectives and test results; oversee testing and exercises.
• Coordinate remediation of findings and ensure evidence is maintained.
• Provide regular reporting on BCP/DR maturity and remediation status.
