Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education Technology, Instructional Design, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in developing aviation training systems or similar complex simulation-based training programs.
• Proven expertise in instructional design principles (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) and adult learning theory.
• Experience with simulation software, VR/AR development platforms, and 3D modeling tools.
• Familiarity with aviation operations, regulations, and training standards.
• Proficiency in developing interactive e-learning content and multimedia presentations.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop comprehensive training curricula and courseware for aviation personnel.
• Create engaging and interactive training content using various multimedia and simulation tools.
• Develop and maintain flight simulators, VR, and AR training environments.
• Integrate LMS and ensure seamless delivery of training modules.
• Collaborate with SMEs from flight operations and maintenance to ensure accuracy and relevance.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and implement data-driven improvements.
• Stay current with trends in instructional design, simulation technology, and aviation training best practices.
• Manage training system development projects, including scope, timelines, and budgets.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for training systems and simulators.
• Ensure all training materials meet regulatory requirements (e.g., EASA, FAA).
