Qualifications

Master's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Automotive Engineering, or related field.
7+ years of experience in automotive systems engineering delivering complex projects.
Deep knowledge of powertrain, chassis, electrical architecture and ADAS.
Experience with MBSE, SysML and DOORS; proficient in system simulation tools.

Responsibilities

Define, develop and validate system-level requirements and architectures for automotive applications.
Oversee integration of subsystems (powertrain, electronics, safety).
Conduct system-level analysis, simulation and testing for performance and reliability.
Collaborate with component engineers, software developers and manufacturing teams.
Identify and resolve complex system-level issues and conflicts.
Develop and maintain system documentation (specifications, diagrams, test plans).
Lead technical reviews and provide guidance to engineering teams.
Stay updated on automotive technologies, trends and standards.
Contribute to continuous improvement of systems engineering processes.
