Qualifications

Proven experience as an Automotive Quality Inspector or QA role.
Strong knowledge of automotive manufacturing, assembly and refurbishment.
Excellent visual inspection skills and attention to detail.
Ability to read technical drawings and specifications.
Good root cause analysis and corrective action abilities.
Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

Conduct thorough visual and functional inspections during and after assembly/refurbishment.
Identify, document, and report defects or non-conformities.
Ensure work meets quality benchmarks and customer expectations.
Verify components and systems install and function per specs.
Maintain inspection records and reports on quality performance.
Train and mentor junior quality inspectors on procedures and best practices.
