Qualifikationen

• Matric / Grade 12 is required.
• Minimum 5 years’ automotive parts experience at a franchised dealership.
• At least 3 years’ experience managing a parts department and team.
• Experience with stock control, stocktakes, ageing and obsolete stock management.
• Experience with departmental budgets, sales targets and gross profit.
• Working knowledge of dealer management systems such as CDK, Autoline or Kerridge.
• Strong MS Excel skills.

Aufgaben

• Manage the dealership’s Parts Department, overseeing stock control, procurement, sales and financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with manufacturer standards and audit requirements.
• Lead and develop the parts team to achieve targets and deliver excellent customer service.
• Monitor stock levels, ageing and obsolescence to optimise turnover and profitability.
• Manage departmental budgets, rebates and gross profit targets.
