Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in automotive mechanical engineering.
• Proven expertise in CAD software (e.g., CATIA, SolidWorks) and CAE tools (e.g., ANSYS, ABAQUS).
• Strong understanding of vehicle dynamics, powertrain systems, chassis design, and materials science.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of complex automotive mechanical systems and components, from concept to production.
• Conduct rigorous analysis and simulations (e.g., FEA, CFD) to validate designs and optimize performance.
• Oversee and contribute to the testing and validation of prototypes and production parts.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, manufacturing, and quality assurance.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including specifications, drawings, and reports.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance to support their professional growth.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during the development and manufacturing processes.
• Stay abreast of the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in automotive engineering.
