• Perform advanced remote diagnostics on a wide range of vehicle makes and models, utilizing sophisticated diagnostic software and tools.

• Provide clear, concise, and actionable technical support to field service technicians via phone, email, and video conferencing.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior Automotive Technician or similar diagnostic role, with a strong emphasis on complex troubleshooting.
• In-depth knowledge of internal combustion engines, hybrid and electric vehicle systems, and automotive electronics.
• Proficiency with various automotive diagnostic scan tools (e.g., OE-specific tools, aftermarket advanced diagnostic platforms) and software.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and systematically.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical information clearly to diverse audiences.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work setting.
• Relevant automotive certifications (e.g., ASE Master Certified, Hybrid/EV Specialist) are highly desirable.
• A dedicated home office setup with reliable high-speed internet connectivity.
• Previous experience in a remote or technical support role is a plus.
