Requirements

Proven experience as an Automotive Technician or Diagnostics Specialist, with at least 5 years in a hands-on role. Extensive knowledge of automotive electronic systems, engine management, and diagnostic protocols (e.g., CAN bus, OBD-II). Proficiency with various automotive diagnostic scan tools and software. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex technical data. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly. Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting, managing time effectively. Experience with remote support tools and virtual collaboration platforms is highly desirable. Relevant automotive certifications (e.g., ASE) are a significant advantage. Ability to adapt to new technologies and constantly evolving vehicle systems.
