Qualifications

• Must demonstrate proven litigation skills at magistrates’ courts and High Court.
• Ability to work independently and with a team.
• Familiar with the High Court Rules, Case Lines and Court Online.
• Right of appearance at the High Court is a must with consistent attendance at magistrates’ court for opposed matters.
• Strong drafting of pleadings, research and drafting opinions without counsels.
• Experience servicing Municipalities and State-Owned Companies is advantageous.

• Candidate will primarily undertake work for Municipalities and State-Owned Companies, experience in servicing these types of entities shall add as an advantage
