Qualifications

• The candidate must demonstrate they have proven litigations skills at both magistrates' courts and especially High Court
• Ability to work independently and with a team
• Must be familiar with the High Court Rules and Case Lines and Court Online
• Right of appearance at the High Court is a must as well as proven consistent attendance at magistrates' court for opposed matters
• Must show strong drafting of all pleadings, research and drafting opinions without the need of counsels
• Candidate will primarily undertake work for Municipalities and State-Owned Companies, experience in servicing these types of entities shall add as an advantage
