The role requires a minimum of 6 years PQE in corporate law, SA attorney admission, and strong negotiation and communication skills for complex transactions.

Qualifications

• Admitted as an Attorney of the High Court of South Africa.
• Minimum of 6 years of post-qualification experience in corporate law.
• Experience in M&A transactions and drafting complex corporate documents.
• Solid understanding of South African company law and related legislation.
• Strong negotiation, analytical and problem-solving skills.
