Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality or equivalent.
• 5+ years in a similar high-end lodge/hotel role.
• Knowledge of HR policies and procedures.
• Good understanding of F&B.
• Excellent communication and presentable demeanor.
• Passionate about delivering memorable guest experiences.
• Ability to inspire and mentor a hospitality team.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong employment history with references.
