Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• 8–10 years in asset/portfolio management within renewables.
• Proven track record managing large-scale renewable portfolios and meeting financial targets.
• Deep knowledge of energy markets, PPAs, and financial modeling.

Responsabilités

• Oversee performance of a diverse renewable energy asset portfolio (solar, wind).
• Develop and implement asset management strategies to maximize revenue and longevity.
• Monitor revenue, OPEX, and capex; report to senior management/investors.
• Manage O&M providers and ensure contractual obligations are met.
• Analyze market trends and regulatory changes affecting the sector.
• Identify opportunities for portfolio expansion, repowering, or asset enhancement.
• Stakeholder management with investors, lenders, off-takers, regulators.
• Conduct due diligence for acquisitions and support integration.
• Ensure compliance with contracts, licenses, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead and mentor a team of asset managers and analysts.
